Xiaomi continues to distribute the HyperOS update at full speed. Especially recently, updates have been released mostly for the entry and mid-segment. However, it should be noted that there are still models in the mid-upper segment that have not received the update. Finally, the HyperOS update was made available for a POCO model.
HyperOS update on the way for POCO F3
Xiaomi is giving HyperOS package to the model offered for sale as POCO F3 in Europe. The device, called Xiaomi Mi 11X in various markets, was also called Redmi K40. The HyperOS update to the Mi 11X in India has excited POCO F3 owners.
Xiaomi HyperOS seems to offer more customization on the lock screen with new watch styles, fonts, wallpapers and widgets. The control center will have a cleaner and more modern design compared to the previous version MIUI 14.
Powered by Snapdragon 870, POCO F3 will have a 3.2 GHz processor produced with the 7 nm production process. With Adreno 650 on the GPU side, F3 aims to offer a flawless experience for gamers. The smartphone offers 128 GB storage option for the model with 6 GB RAM and 256 GB storage option for the model with 8 GB RAM.
On the display side, the device features a 6.67-inch E4 AMOLED display with 900 nits of brightness, 120 Hz screen refresh rate and HDR10+ support. On the other hand, the screen, which supports a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5.
