Xiaomi continues to expand its product lineup. As part of this effort, the Chinese manufacturer will soon unveil the POCO F7 to users. Recent developments show that the device has crossed an important milestone ahead of its official launch.
POCO F7 receives SDPPI certification
The POCO F7 appeared in the SDPPI database with the model number 25053PC47G. As is known, the phone had previously obtained various certifications such as NBTC, IMDA, BIS, FCC, and IMEI. This progress indicates that everything is ready for the product’s launch. Reliable sources suggest the model will be released to users in June.
POCO F7 is expected to be a rebranded Redmi Turbo 4 Pro
The POCO F7 is expected to be a rebranded version of the Redmi Turbo 4 Pro, which was introduced in China last month and shares the same model number as the POCO F7. Therefore, it is believed that the phones will have largely identical technical specifications.
The device features a 6.83-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1280×2272 pixels, a 120 Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 3,200 nits. On the processor side, it is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset.
Memory options include 12 GB and 16 GB of RAM, while storage variants come in 256 GB, 512 GB, and 1 TB. On the rear, there is a 50 MP main camera and an 8 MP ultra-wide-angle camera. The front camera has a 20 MP resolution. The Chinese version is equipped with a 7,550 mAh battery, although it is currently unclear if this detail will change in the international version.
