Intel has officially unveiled its first graphics card for affordable gamers, the Arc A580. The new model will compete against the Nvidia GTX 1650 / RTX 3050 and AMD RX 6600. Although it’s aimed at the entry-level, it’s notable for its features and price.
Intel Arc A580 specs
Arc A580 features 24 Xe cores and 8GB GDDR6 memory running on a 256-bit bus. The A580 is clocked at 1700 MHz and will support 1080p resolution in modern games thanks to features such as XeSS.
In terms of design partners, AsRock, Gunnir and Sparkle will release special Arc A580 models. Gunnir is also said to be working on an overclocked and three-fan Arc A580 version targeting high performance.
The price of the graphics card, which appeals to the entry level, is set at 179 dollars. However, it is thought that it will drop to 150 dollars in a few weeks and may be a serious alternative in this regard.
Considering that it will compete with RTX 3050, it should be noted that RTX 3050 is sold around 8-10 thousand TL.
