Intel Core Ultra 200 (Arrow Lake) Family Specifications Clarified
Details of two models have emerged, one with 24 cores and the other with 20 cores. The leaked models do not support hyperthreading technology.
Core Ultra 200 “Arrow Lake” Models:
- 20 cores, 20 threads, 2.3GHz
- 24 cores, 24 threads, 2.3GHz
Both models are currently operating within a low frequency range of 2.3 to 3.0 GHz, typically seen in early engineering samples. The retail names for the new processors are not yet known. Additionally, there are no signs of any motherboard manufacturer partnerships for the platform.
The released samples may differ in speed and capabilities from the final retail products. However, it should be noted that the core count will not change.
It is said that the next-generation processor series will have the same core count as Raptor Lake (8 P-Cores and 16 E-Cores). The most significant innovation will be the introduction of LP-Cores (Efficiency cores).
Intel has not yet announced a definite launch date for the new platform. The company recently unveiled the LGA 1851 socket, designed for the Core Ultra 100 Meteor Lake-PS processors intended for embedded systems. It is stated that this socket will also be used in the Core Ultra 200 series and future versions for consumers.
Although not officially confirmed, rumors suggest that the Arrow Lake desktop series could use the Xe-LPG GPU architecture based on the Alchemist architecture. It is speculated that the mobile processors (H-Series) could use an updated version known as Xe-LPG+. However, there are no details about GPU architectures in the leaked information.
