Intel Core i9-12950HX mini-PC from Minisforum launches worldwide

Minisforum has quietly expanded its lineup with a new Intel Core i9-12950HX mini-PC, dubbed the M1-1295. While it skips flashy features, it leans into performance and a clean, minimal design. Now, it’s already available globally.

Unlike Minisforum’s AMD-powered MS-S1 Max, the M1-1295 offers a more subdued package. The silver chassis is front-port free, sporting only a power button on its face. All functional I/,O including four USB ports and three display outputs, is moved to the back, streamlining the front profile.

ExpertCenter PN54-S1 mini-PC brings AMD Ryzen AI 200 chips to compact form

Asus unveils the ExpertCenter PN54-S1 mini-PC with Ryzen AI 200 CPUs, up to 64 GB RAM, and wide port support in a compact, tool-free chassis.

Cooling is handled by side perforations, a single turbofan, and a copper heat pipe, which together keep the 16-core, 24-thread Intel chip in check. The Intel Core i9-12950HX mini-PC doesn’t outperform AMD’s Ryzen AI Max+ 395, but it does match the Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 in most tasks.

Here’s what Minisforum packed into this compact 1.12 kg machine:

It measures just 195 x 193 x 52 mm, making it an easy fit for tight workspaces.

You can either grab the M1-1295 directly from Minisforum for $469 or find it on Amazon for $579. Meanwhile, a barebones version is expected to arrive later for $329, though no firm date has been shared yet.

The Intel Core i9-12950HX mini-PC doesn’t scream for attention, but under that muted shell sits real desktop-grade firepower. Quiet design, loud intent.
