Intel Core Ultra 7 265KF Unveiled for the First Time!

Ana sayfa / News

Intel’s new Arrow Lake-S desktop processor, the Core Ultra 7 265KF model, has been spotted on Geekbench for the first time. This processor offers a total of 20 physical cores, consisting of 8 large cores and 12 small cores. Interestingly, due to the new architecture not supporting hyper-threading, these 20 cores have only 20 logical threads.

This processor was tested on a Maxsun Z890 motherboard with 24GB of single-channel memory. In the Geekbench 5.5.1 test, the processor scored 2252 points in single-core performance and 17722 points in multi-core performance. For comparison, the Core i7-14700KF (20 cores, 28 threads, maximum 5.6 GHz) scored 2862 points in single-core performance and 32028 points in multi-core performance in the same test.

The Core Ultra 7 265KF has a maximum frequency of up to 5482 MHz, and while the TDP (Thermal Design Power) range is not yet clear, it looks promising in terms of performance and power efficiency. This new model is expected to provide better performance than existing processors by offering higher clock speeds.

The king is changing in the processor industry: Intel is losing to AMD!

Intel is losing ground to AMD in the processor market! AMD's market share against Intel has increased significantly.

The more powerful Core Ultra 9 285K processor is also expected to be unveiled soon. This model is said to be 18% faster than the Core i9-14900K. This suggests that Intel is raising the bar for performance with its new generation of processors.

Intel’s new Arrow Lake-S series seems poised to offer significant performance improvements, especially for gaming and intensive computing applications. These new processors are expected to meet user expectations by providing substantial enhancements in both single-core and multi-core performance.
