This next-generation foldable phone is incredibly compact, leaving almost no empty space inside. The new hinge design makes the Z Fold6 1.3 millimeters thinner when folded compared to its predecessor. Additionally, reinforced materials have been used to enhance the durability of the hinge. Noteworthy are the wing plates that protect the screen and facilitate folding.

The Z Flip6 is the first in the series to use a vapor chamber cooling system. The main screen features ultra-thin glass (UTG) that is 60% thicker than the previous model and employs new coating materials to reduce reflections.
