Apple finally released iOS 16.1 to the public on Monday, October 24. The update brings a lot of new features and improvements. Live Activities and Dynamic Island apps
Apple released the Live Activities and Dynamic Island feature with the launch of iOS 16. Thanks to Live Activities, you can access useful app information on the lock screen while Dynamic Island helps you access apps on the top of your screen and manage apps, it is only available for iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max users.
Carrot Weather
Carrot Weather is one of the most popular apps among iOS and macOS apps. The application shows the weather forecast in a fun way. Thanks to the new features, you can now check details about specific alerts on the lock screen of your iPhone or Dynamic Island if you have an iPhone 14 Pro or Pro Max.
Aviary
Aviary is a third-party application that lets you access Twitter for iOS, macOS, and even watchOS. You can now edit your tweets or undo your tweet thanks to the Live Activity support and a button on Dynamic Island. The new update allows you to cancel your sharing if you did something wrong. While the app is free to download, it requires a paid subscription.
