iOS 16 Beta 5 : Battery percentage on the home screen again

Apple has added the long-awaited battery indicator to Beta 5 for iOS 16. With the iOS 16 Beta 5 version sent for developers to test today, Apple has taken a step that makes you say “finally” and, simultaneously, makes you happy.

The company has added a numeric battery percentage to the new version. Thanks to this percentage, people can see the remaining charge amounts “finally” numerically in iOS 16 Beta 5. The Control Center needs to be opened to see the numerical battery amount because of the notch.

Thanks to the newly designed infrastructure, there is no need for an extra process for the numerical percentage. It is not known why Apple has not brought this opportunity so far. The technology company may be too late to take some very simple steps to the huge financial power and the huge iPhone community that provides feedback. iOS 16 Beta 5 is available to developers at the current time, and Apple will be releasing a public beta shortly.

For those who missed it, the legendary iPhone wallpaper called “Clownfish,” identified with iPhones and dates back to the original iPhone introduced in 2007, appeared in the iOS 16 Beta 3 version. The wallpaper, which is not seen by every user who installs Beta 3, seems to be included in the latest iOS 16, which will be released in the coming months.
