As of August 29, 2022, Apple, one of the US-based software and technology giants, has released the eighth version of the beta for developers of the iOS 16 operating system, which will be available in September. The eighth beta was released a week after the seventh beta was released.
iOS 16 Beta 8 may be the last beta version
All users registered to the Apple Developer Program can download the relevant beta profile from the Apple Developer Center and install it on their devices, if the profile is already installed, they can easily download the iOS 16 Developer Beta 8 version directly through the Software Update menu. We expect iOS 16 Developer Beta 8 to be the final release. With this new beta update, developers will adapt their mobile applications to the next generation operating system, increase, and optimize performance.
As you know, Apple will hold a launch event called “Far Out” on September 7, 2022, and in this launch event, they will be launching new generation operating system versions as well as introducing new generation smartphone models. If nothing goes wrong, this will be the last beta version.
If you have a developer account, you can download this update from Settings-General-Software Update. This update, which fixes the problems in the system as well as minor innovations, is especially assertive about the battery. As you know, Beta versions consume batteries very fast. It is said that serious improvements have been made in battery consumption with Beta 8.
As we mentioned above, Apple will introduce the iPhone 14 series on September 7. 1 week after this introduction, Apple is expected to release the final version of iOS 16 for supported models. For iPad owners, the date is not that close. Because Apple will skip the iPadOS 16 update and offer iPadOS 16.1 update directly to iPad owners. This looks like it will reach October.
