One of the most expected and interesting features of iOS 16 is the availability of a single shared photo library in iCloud. This feature will allow users to share a single library among family members with the automatic sync for the photos and videos. According to the reports, we can say it could be available with iOS 16.1 in October.
Live Activities
This feature is also one of the most expected features. The tech giant announced the Live Activities feature at WWDC in June with iOS 16. It lets users get notifications that are constantly updated by the related apps. For example, you can get notifications for food or parcel deliveries, ride-hailing apps, fitness activities, and more. On the developer site, it says the feature will be available “later this year”. So, it could also come with iOS 16.1.
There are also three iOS 16 features that won’t launch on Monday with the first software version. Matter support, Game Center features, and the Freeform app will not come with the iOS 16. They will be available in the later updates on the phone software.
