Apple has released iOS 18.1 beta 7: Here are the latest improvements
iOS 18.1 beta 7 is now available for download for developer testers. One of the most notable features of iOS 18.1 is a set of new smart features called Apple Intelligence, which is only available on select devices. These features include tools we’ve reported on before, such as the ability to rewrite text, correct grammar and spelling errors, and summarize text.
However, these features will only be available on the iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, iPhone 16 series and higher. Apart from these, Siri’s design has been completely redesigned. For those who don’t want to give voice commands to Siri, there is now an option to type their queries.
The Mail app also received improvements. Email management will be even easier with new features like message summaries, priority sorting, and Smart Reply. iOS 18.1 also introduces a new “Clean Up” feature that makes it easier to clean up in the Photos app and a “Attention Reduction” mode that provides notification summaries.
In addition to iOS 18.1, Apple has also released new beta versions of iPadOS 18.1, tvOS 18.1, watchOS 11.1 and visionOS 2.1 to developer testers. With each new update, Apple continues to further develop its ecosystem.
