While Apple has just released the iOS 26.2 update, a massive leak has emerged regarding future versions being developed in the company’s labs. References found in the code of an internal, unreleased iOS 26 test build have deciphered secret projects being worked on by Apple engineers. iOS 26.4 Features: Siri Rises with “Apple Intelligence”
According to details in the code, the iOS 26.4 update will feature major AI-focused changes. At the top of the list is a completely revamped and much more personalized version of Siri, powered by Apple Intelligence technology.
Apple is preparing to radically change the Health app. The new update will offer a brand-new layout for categories and simplified data logging. More importantly, according to rumors, the “Apple Health+” subscription service, which includes an AI-powered fitness assistant, may also be introduced with this design.
The leaked iOS 26.4 features are not limited to these:
- Passwords App: Saved credit card information can now be used with third-party apps via “AutoFill.”
- Apple TV Sports Package: A new “Sports Tier” is being developed for the Apple TV app.
- Security Check: A new verification system is coming that checks the integrity of the device before signing in to Apple ID and iCloud.
- Freeform: Folder creation support is being added.
- AirPods and Find: The Find app is getting a “Precise Outdoor Location” feature for AirPods.
The leak covers not only the near future but also the coming years. Allegedly, iOS 27 will improve collections in the Photos app and make the AirPods pairing process smoother.
For a more distant date, iOS 28 and macOS 28, new metrics for Apple Watch sleep tracking and the Health app finally coming to Mac computers are planned.
Of course, it’s important to remember that these are just leaks and Apple’s plans can change at any moment. So, what do you think about this leaked roadmap? Which feature are you most looking forward to? Share your thoughts in the comments!
