Apple is preparing to unveil the iPhone 15 family next month. With the event just weeks away, leaks about the iPhone 15 series continue to pour in. What does the iPhone 15 Pro schematic say?
A new drawing shared on Twitter sheds light on the design of the iPhone 15 Pro and includes a detailed diagram of the device’s specifications. While the overall design looks similar to the iPhone 14 Pro, there are a few notable changes.
One of the most important design changes is the removal of the speaker on/off button and a new “Action” button above the volume controls. There’s also a port on the bottom of the phone, which is expected to be USB-C.
Another notable change was in the dimensions of the iPhone 15 Pro. Accordingly, the device will be slightly wider with 38 x 37.5mm dimensions. It will also have a deeper sensor on the camera side at 8.2 mm compared to the 7.9 mm thickness of the iPhone 14 Pro.
Despite the small increase in dimensions, the device appears to have relatively rounded corners. This means it will be easier to hold and fit more easily in a pocket. Dynamic Island could also be standardized for all models.
In previous leaks, we stated that the iPhone 15 family will be introduced on September 13. We expect to see four devices in the new series: iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max.
