According to information from 9to5Mac, Apple is also said to be testing 8K video recording on the iPhone 16 Pro, but it is not yet clear whether this feature will be active. It is stated that 8K video recording will be possible thanks to the iPhone 16 Pro’s new 48 MP ultra-wide-angle camera. However, the 12 MP telephoto lens will not support this resolution. There are also rumors that 8K video recording may be exclusive to the iPhone 17 Pro Max model.
The camera capabilities of the new iPhone 16 Pro are not limited to this.
