iPhone users in danger: Massive cyber attack occurred!

Ana sayfa / News

Apple has sent out significant notifications to many iPhone users this week, warning them about a potential impact from an ongoing cyber attack. The renowned tech giant notified millions of iPhone users across 98 countries about the possibility of being affected by a cyber attack and provided important guidelines on what steps to take.

Previously in April, Apple notified users in 92 countries about potential exposure to a commercial spyware. In a new alert issued on Wednesday, Apple disclosed that iPhone users in 98 countries were targeted in a spyware attack.

Here is the notification sent by Apple to iPhone users:

“Apple has identified that your iPhone associated with Apple ID -xxx- is targeted by a commercial spyware attempting to compromise it remotely. This attack likely targets you specifically based on who you are or what you do. While it’s never possible to achieve absolute certainty when detecting such attacks, Apple is highly confident in this warning – please take it seriously.”

Apple and Google agreed: Switching from Android to iOS is easier!

The flirtation between Apple and Google has intensified in recent days with a new convenience for transitioning from Android to iOS.

Apple also made a significant linguistic change from using the term “state-sponsored” attacks to describing them as “commercial spyware attacks,” a shift in terminology used since last year.

If you receive any notification from Apple indicating that you may be under a cyber attack, it is advised to change all passwords containing your privacy and financial data. Have you received such a notification from Apple? Feel free to share your thoughts with us in the comments.
