Although collaborations between different fields are not new, one this interesting is a first. Previously appearing in a supporting role in the film Road House and expressing his desire to be involved in the film and gaming industries, Conor McGregor will feature in Hitman’s new and free add-on.
Conor McGregor will be a challenging target in the game
Especially known for his fights with Floyd Mayweather and Khabib Nurmagomedov, Conor McGregor has gained a massive fan base both globally and in our country. Now, he is stepping into the gaming world. One of the first names that come to mind when thinking of mixed martial arts, Conor will be the target in the new content of Hitman World of Assassination.
Although Hitman developers have previously succeeded in increasing the game’s popularity by including famous names like Sean Bean, a collaboration of this magnitude has never been done before. According to the developers’ statement, players will be able to use various methods to neutralize McGregor in a special mission.
The mission will include the game’s signature stealth and creativity elements, allowing players to perform the assassination quietly and discreetly or to carry out a more complex and planned assassination.
The mission, named The Disruptor, will be available for free to PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Windows PC players starting today and will be playable until July 29, 2024.
