JBL has introduced its new multi-purpose speaker, the Music Horizon 3. Offering a wireless audio experience, the device can also be used as a digital desk clock. Priced at $153, the speaker stands out with its compact design and versatile features.

The speaker features two 1.5-inch full-range drivers and dual passive radiators. This system provides a stereo sound experience in small and medium-sized environments. Bluetooth 5.3 support ensures seamless wireless music streaming.
The device also features a built-in FM radio. Users can listen to FM broadcasts and use them as alarm sounds. Radio reception is provided by the included antenna.
The digital display on the front panel clearly displays the time and automatically adjusts its brightness according to ambient light. Below this display are rotary controls and touch buttons. These controls, which make it easy to use in dark environments, also control the device’s night light function. The color temperature and brightness of the night light can be adjusted via the JBL One app.
The Music Horizon 3 wakes you up in the morning with a system called “Sunrise Alarm.” Before the alarm, the screen brightness gradually increases, followed by FM radio or different tones, depending on the user’s preference.
Alarms can be scheduled for specific days. Before going to sleep, nature effects such as sea waves, rain, or forest sounds can be played. These modes are quickly accessed with the main control button.
The device measures 209 x 137 x 83 millimeters and weighs 0.78 kilograms. JBL states that it uses environmentally friendly materials in the model. The speaker is made from recycled materials and comes in packaging containing FSC-certified paper and soy-based ink. The product is expected to attract user attention with both its functionality and sustainable production approach.
