Jmgo just launched its latest ultra-short throw projector, the O3, in China, bringing a brighter image, smoother gaming, and Dolby-backed sound to the table.

The standout upgrade here is brightness. The O3 uses a tri-color laser light source to hit 1,400 ISO lumens twice as bright as the previous O2 model. That boost could make a real difference for daytime use or bigger projections.
Its 0.18:1 throw ratio allows you to beam a 100-inch image from just 22 cm away, ideal for tight spaces. The image output supports 1080p resolution with up to 120-inch displays, 110% BT.2020 color space, and a 10,000:1 contrast ratio. Image adjustment is handled by automatic focus, screen alignment, and keystone correction.

While many projectors struggle with input lag, Jmgo aims squarely at gamers. The O3 includes five gaming modes, low-latency performance, and variable refresh rate (VRR) for smoother play. There are two HDMI 2.1 ports (one with eARC), ready for next-gen consoles or gaming rigs.
Wi-Fi 6 support keeps streaming smooth, and it’s integrated with Xiaomi’s Mi Home app for broader smart home control. The OS for the Chinese version is Bonfire, with built-in voice control.

Sound gets a decent lift, too. The O3 comes with dual 10W speakers that handle both Dolby Audio and DTS HD. While it’s not a full home theater system, it’s enough to skip the soundbar in smaller rooms.
