Lava Agni 2 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7050
Lava’s latest product, Agni 2, will become a popular smartphone in the Indian market. The phone comes with MediaTek’s new Dimensity 7050 chipset, which has 2x 2.6GHz Cortex-A78, 6x 2GHz Cortex-A55 CPU cores, and Mali-G68 MC4 GPU. Additionally, the new device comes with 8GB of RAM, 8GB of virtual RAM, and 256GB of storage.
On the display side, the Lava Agni 2 5G features a 6.78-inch (2400 x 1080 pixels) Full HD+ curved AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ support. The phone runs Android 13 without any bloatware, and it will take 2 major Android updates and 3 years of security updates for the phone.
In terms of camera, the Agni 2 has a 50-megapixel Quad Camera with a 1/1.55″ sensor, f/1.88 aperture, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide, and a pair of depth, and macro cameras on the back. Also, it has a 16-megapixel selfie camera on the front. The phone comes with an in-display fingerprint sensor.
Lava’s latest phone features a 4,700mAh battery with 66W fast charging support. It costs INR 19,999 ($243) for the starting version. It will be on sale on May 24 at 10 AM in India.
