LEGO set inspired by Zelda leaks ahead of possible 2026 release

Ana sayfa / News

A LEGO set inspired by Zelda has surfaced through a Reddit leak, and it’s already sparking interest among longtime fans of the franchise. While the details aren’t official just yet, the early information paints a nostalgic and display-worthy picture one that could launch just in time for the series’ 40th anniversary.

The leak was shared by Reddit user BrickTap. It suggests the set may launch on March 1, 2026 just days after The Legend of Zelda turns 40 on February 21. The timing hints at a potential anniversary release. Some fans believe it could be one of LEGO’s larger licensed tributes.

The build will reportedly include 1,003 pieces. It’s said to depict a diorama featuring Ganondorf from Ocarina of Time, one of the series’ most iconic games.

Switch 2 cases may confuse buyers as Nintendo shifts packaging design

New red Switch 2 cases may confuse buyers, as Nintendo begins using similar packaging for both Switch and Switch 2 games.

A diorama of this scale likely won’t be small. If the 1,003-piece count holds true, it could demand some serious shelf space especially with a detailed villain like Ganondorf involved.

The price? Still a mystery. However, with LEGO’s licensed sets climbing steadily in cost, fans should expect this Zelda kit to carry a premium. Similar gaming-themed sets, especially ones aimed at adult collectors, have trended well above the $100 mark.

This Zelda set isn’t the only major project in the pipeline. LEGO is also gearing up for a Pokémon collaboration, reportedly featuring three kits, one focused on Pikachu. Meanwhile, Star Wars fans can look forward to an enormous Death Star build, rumored to include over 9,000 pieces and a $1,000 price tag.

For now, fans of The Legend of Zelda should take the leak with cautious optimism. But if it’s real, this could be one of the most anticipated gaming-themed LEGO sets to date, just in time to celebrate four decades of Hyrule.
