Lenovo Tab P11 Pro 2nd Gen has a 120Hz screen
Lenovo launches two new Android tablets of the Tab P11 line at the IFA 2022. While the Pro model is expected to ship in September, the Tab P11 will ship starting in January. The company will launch the new tablet line with faster processors, newer software, and a new screen for the Pro version. While the Pro price is $400, the Tab P11 model costs $250.
Lenovo uses the MediaTek Helio G99 to run the Tab P11 2nd Gen which is the cheaper version. The new processor gives a 50% boost in power between generations. The device comes with 4GB RAM and 64GB of storage, 4GB RAM + 128GB of storage, or 6GB RAM + 128GB of storage options. On the screen side, the Tab P11 has an IPS display, 2K resolution, and a 120Hz refresh rate.
The Tab P11 Pro 2nd Gen will be the new flagship of the brand. It gets its power from the MediaTek 1300T SoC which can offer 120% more power than the previous generation. It comes with 4GB RAM + 128GB of storage, 6GB RAM + 128GB of storage, or 8GB RAM + 256GB of storage options. On the screen side, it has an 11.2-inch 2.5K resolution OLED, 120Hz refresh rate panel.
Lenovo will be the first brand that uses Android 12L on tablets. However, the P11 2nd Gen won’t arrive until early 2023 while the P11 Pro 2nd Gen launches in September. In terms of price, the P11 2nd Gen starts at $249.99, the P11 Pro 2nd Gen costs $399.99.
