The countdown is officially on for the Lenovo Legion Go, which looks like a formidable competitor to Valve’s handheld console Steam Deck. The device, which has so far given users an idea of how it will perform through various leaks and reports, will be unveiled on September 1st. However, the features and price of the console were recently announced.

How will Lenovo Legion Go specs be?

If we look at the leaked images of Lenovo Go, we can say that it shows a similarity to Nintendo Switch OLED. It resembles Nintendo’s console with its support leg on the back case and directly brings to mind the Switch’s Joy-Cons, especially with its detachable controllers. The device will weigh 854 grams with the controllers attached.

The console’s key layout consists of two analog sticks, a D-Pad, four buttons (A, B, X and Y) and a touchpad. There will also be a mouse wheel behind the right controller. Considering that the model will run the Windows 11 operating system, this is a logical move as it will make navigation much easier.

Lenovo Legion Go to feature AMD Ryzen Z1, 8-inch display, removable controllers

Lenovo will soon be taking on Steam Deck with the Legion Go. The new portable game console has shown itself before the launch.

The model will feature an 8.8-inch IPS touch panel with a resolution of 2560×1600 pixels and a refresh rate of 144 Hz. It will also be powered by an AMD Ryzen Z1 series processor. The leak says that the console can be upgraded up to AMD Ryzen Z1 Extreme.
