LG has officially launched its massive Magnit Micro LED display in the United States. Built for high-end home theaters, this 136-inch screen brings premium tech, sleek design, and impressive performance into one luxury package.

The 136-inch LG Magnit Micro LED display is constructed from four edgeless 68-inch panels, each housing 480 x 540 resolution modules. Combined, they create a crisp 4K (3840 x 2160) image with nearly invisible borders. Thanks to its 0.78 mm pixel pitch, images appear sharp even up close.

This seamless build makes the display ideal for luxury home theater setups where visual consistency matters.

Xiaomi Monitor A27i 2026 brings brighter screen and smoother refresh

Xiaomi reveals the upgraded 27-inch Monitor A27i 2026 with 144Hz refresh rate, 300 nits brightness, and a slim, minimal design.

The Magnit isn’t just about size. With Micro LED technology, each pixel is self-lit providing better brightness control and deeper blacks. The display reaches 1,700 nits at peak and maintains 300 nits during full-screen output, allowing HDR content to truly shine.

In terms of contrast, users can expect a 1,000,000:1 ratio, which greatly enhances detail in both dark and bright scenes. That’s a major step up from traditional LED and LCD TVs.

To support modern content, LG includes webOS 23, which gives the Magnit access to streaming apps, HDR10 and HDR10 Pro, plus AirPlay 2 and Miracast for wireless casting. Whether you’re watching over HDMI, antenna, or Wi-Fi, the experience stays seamless.

The display also supports 144Hz variable refresh rate, making it suitable for gaming setups or smoother playback in action-heavy scenes.

LG didn’t skimp on sound. The Magnit includes a built-in 100-watt speaker system, reducing the need for external audio gear though many users may still pair it with surround sound.

The unit draws 650W on average and can hit 1,800W peak, reflecting its high-performance hardware. When idle, the screen can show curated art or personal photos, adding visual value even when not in use.

While pricing remains unlisted, it’s clear the LG Magnit Micro LED display is meant for premium buyers. Its sleek build, advanced brightness, and deep contrast make it ideal for ultra-high-end viewing rooms.

With this US launch, LG is pushing Micro LED out of showrooms and into living rooms. For those with the space and the budget the Magnit Micro LED display promises a visual experience that’s hard to match. And this time, bigger might actually be better.
