Logitech G Pro X2 Superstrike brings keyboard tech to your mouse

Ana sayfa / News

Logitech is shaking things up with the G Pro X2 Superstrike, a new gaming mouse that blurs the line between high-end keyboards and ultra-responsive peripherals. Borrowing features from mechanical keyboards and the upcoming MX Master 4, this refreshed take on the G Pro X2 adds adjustable inductive switches, customisable haptic feedback, and an entirely new web-based G Hub.

At the heart of the Superstrike is Logitech’s HITS (Haptic Inductive Trigger System) a new contactless switch tech that mirrors Hall effect switches found in gaming keyboards. Instead of using mechanical or optical triggers, HITS relies on copper coils and electromagnetic fields to detect actuation.

This system allows:

It’s the first time Logitech has implemented this level of control in a mouse, and it may not be the last.

Keychron launches BM22, BM24, and BM25 wireless mice with long battery life, Bluetooth support, and silent clicks, all for $19.99.

In another crossover from the keyboard and productivity world, Logitech is building haptic feedback directly into the G Pro X2 Superstrike. Users can select from five intensity levels, offering tactile cues for clicks, actions, or even reload timers in-game.

Both features, haptic tuning and actuation adjustment, are configurable via G Hub, which is also getting a major overhaul.

Logitech quietly teased a web-based version of G Hub, aligning with a growing trend in peripheral software. This new version eliminates the need to install an app, cutting down on background resource use and streamlining access to customisation tools. Expect:

However, it’s unlikely the browser version will include full ecosystem syncing or app-launching functions, at least at first.

The Superstrike keeps the symmetrical shell of the original G Pro X2 but brings serious under-the-hood upgrades.
Here’s a quick look at the core specs:

Logitech says the G Pro X2 Superstrike will arrive in early 2026, though a firm launch date hasn’t been confirmed. With its hybrid of high-end keyboard tech and cutting-edge mouse hardware, it’s shaping up to be one of the most versatile pro-grade peripherals on the horizon.

If the Superstrike delivers on its promises, Logitech won’t just be setting new standards for gaming mice; it’ll be rewriting them.
