The car manufacturer Mazda is changing its logo after many years. The company, which did not harm its brand awareness with its new logo, has achieved a logo design that is both more up-to-date and more stylish. Here is Mazda’s new logo…
Mazda does not make radical changes in its logo!
As you know, every logo is of great importance for the awareness of the product. Serious changes in the brand update can even lead to the product not being recognized. We will give an example of this in a moment. However, the Japanese car manufacturer maintains its style in this regard. The company, which aims to achieve a current appearance with only small touches, seems to have succeeded.
Mazda, which has abandoned the old square-looking logo design, now has a more circular design. The logo, which continues to carry the center piece of the letter “M” inside, has more angular and less flowing lines this time. In other words, it has a more organized appearance compared to the old logo. In addition, the old 3-dimensional appearance was preferred to a flatter appearance. Just like Volkswagen’s logo change.
If you remember, Kia was on the agenda quite a bit with its logo work. Despite being a very well-established car manufacturer, the company that placed the new Kia logo on its new cars had become unrecognizable. Many people even searched Google for “KN car”, “KN which country”. Mazda did not take such a risk and gained a newer look with simple adjustments.
A careful eye can easily detect the differences between Mazda’s old logo and its new logo. However, for those who are more unfamiliar with the subject, both logos may look the same. What do you think of Mazda’s new logo? We are waiting for your opinions in the comments.
