Microsoft Office one-time payment option has arrived
Office 2024 Home edition is now available and Home and Business edition. This will be a new alternative for users who want to use the latest version of Office but don’t want to commit to a subscription model.
According to the company, with Office 2024, users will pay once and get the software. However, they will not receive future feature updates. The previous version, Office 2021, is still available as a lifetime license for 12,499 TL.
Office 2024; comes with standard applications. You can use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and OneNote. The Home and Business version also includes commercial usage rights that allow the software to be used for commercial purposes.
Compared to Office 2021, Excel in Office 2024 offers much faster performance. Outlook supports customizing swipe gestures. Excel also has new text and array functions for easier data manipulation and embedding images directly on sheets.
Those who opt for a Microsoft 365 subscription will have continuous access to new features with new versions released every six months. Individual plans are available for $2,299 per year and family plans for up to six people are available for $3,99 per year.
