Microsoft warns ASUS users: PC may crash!

Ana sayfa / News

Microsoft has recently issued an important warning about the new 11H24H2 update of Windows 2. It is said that especially those using ASUS laptops should be a little more careful about this issue. Microsoft stated that some ASUS devices experienced blue screen (BSOD) problems with the update.

Microsoft has decided to automatically stop the update due to the bugs and warned ASUS users not to forcibly update. If you are using an ASUS laptop, you should heed this warning.

Some models, such as the X415KA (Intel Pentium Silver N6000 Vivobook 14) and X515KA (Celeron N4500 Vivobook 15), have serious compatibility issues during the update. When these devices try to update, they get a blue screen error and the update fails to complete.

So, what to do? For now, it’s best to heed the warnings coming through Windows Update for these devices and postpone the update. Microsoft has imposed a temporary update restriction for these devices, so you won’t be able to update automatically.

But of course, some users may want to manually install this update. However, at this point Microsoft strongly recommends that users do not force an update by circumventing Windows Update restrictions. All that’s needed now is a little patience and waiting for Microsoft to resolve the situation.

For the time being, it seems like the most sensible thing to do is to avoid the blue screen after the update. Microsoft is expected to resolve this issue and re-release the update for devices.
