Microsoft is making installing Windows 11 more difficult for new users

The recently released ‘Windows Insider Build 22616‘ introduced some requirements for users who want to install Windows 11 Pro. These included an internet connection and a Microsoft account login requirement. However, the company did not get much reaction due to the low number of Pro users.

But now this is changing. According to the information revealed, from now on, only Windows Enterprise users are able to install Windows 11 without an internet connection or a Microsoft account. While there are many good reasons to have a Microsoft account, decision should belong to the user.

Now users will have to bow to Microsoft’s wishes on their personal computers. Although this is not a problem for many, some users are expected to react to the news. It is worth reminding again that neither Microsoft account nor internet connection is required for OS installation.
