The OnePlus Ace 3, set to be unveiled on January 4th, has enthusiasts eagerly awaiting its launch. Common points in the reports about the smartphone suggest that it will boast flagship specifications and attract attention with its affordable price. The Chinese brand recently shared details emphasizing the device’s high-level gaming experience.

OnePlus’ latest announcement reveals new technical details about the upcoming Ace 3 model. According to the information, the smartphone will feature a new technology that enhances the touchscreen performance of the display and takes the gaming experience to the next level. It’s worth noting that the device has received the TUV Precision certification based on millions of touchscreen tests.
Looking at the previously disclosed screen details, the panel is manufactured by BOE. The 6.78-inch panel will offer a 1.5K resolution, 800 nits manual brightness, 1,600 nits global brightness, and 4,500 nits peak brightness. Additionally, the device will incorporate the X1 series 8T LTPO technology, providing a 120Hz refresh rate.
The model will feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. Manufactured with 4nm technology, the processor includes 1 3.3 GHz ARM Cortex-X4 core, 3 3.2 GHz ARM Cortex-A720 cores, 2 3.0 GHz ARM Cortex-A720 cores, and 2 2.3 GHz ARM Cortex-A520 cores. The company is also introducing the Adreno 750 graphics unit with Ray Tracing support in its new chip.
The smartphone will have a triple camera setup comprising a 50-megapixel main sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. On the front, there will be a 16-megapixel selfie camera. Lastly, the device will be powered by a 5,000mAh battery capable of charging at 100W speeds.
