Amazon Prime Video has released the eight-episode spy comedy series Mr. and Mrs. He shared the official trailer of Smith. Donald Glover and Maya Erskine star in the series. Actors play spies who take on risky jobs every week for the mysterious agency and pretend to be a married couple.
The series is about two married spies. John and Jane, two lonely strangers, take a job working for a mysterious spy agency. This espionage company offers them wealth, world travel and a dream life in Manhattan. Later, John and Jane get married for the mission. In addition, thanks to this marriage, John and Jane now have a new identity as Mr and Mrs Smith.
Now married, John and Jane go on a high-stakes mission each week while also facing a new relationship milestone. Their business story gets even more complicated when they start to have real feelings for each other. Which is riskier, espionage or marriage?
At first, Donald Glover was going to be accompanied by Phoebe Waller-Bridge. However, Waller-Bridge backed out of the project months before shooting began.
