vivo has expanded its range of budget smartphones with the launch of the Y18i. This device, which will be the cheaper version of the Y18 that debuted in recent months, will appeal to entry-level users looking for a price/performance balance.

Powered by a Unisoc T612 octa-core processor, vivo Y18i comes with Android 14-based Funtouch OS 14 out of the box. It has 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, expandable via microSD card up to 1TB.
The smartphone comes with a 6.56-inch HD+ LCD display with a refresh rate of 90Hz. The display also supports 528 nits peak brightness. It is powered by a 5000mAh battery that supports 15W fast charging via USB Type-C.
On the camera side, Y18i features a dual rear camera setup consisting of a 13 Megapixel main and 0.08 Megapixel auxiliary lens. The waterdrop notched display houses a 5 Megapixel selfie camera.
Other highlights of the vivo Y18i include IP54 water and dust resistance, stereo speaker and Bluetooth 5.0 for wireless connectivity.

- The vivo Y18i, which will be available for only $95, will be available in Space Black and Gem Green color options. It is unclear when it will come to Turkey.
