Nokia C02 is powered by an unnamed Quad-core CPU
One of the most interesting things about this product is its processor. On the official website, the company doesn’t clarify the name of the chipset. The new entry-level Nokia C02 comes with an unnamed Quad-Core SoC with a clock speed of 1.4GHz. Additionally, the C02 runs the stripped-down version of the Android 12, Go Edition. With this version of the operating system, you will get two years of security updates for your phone.
Also, Nokia’s new device comes with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of eMMC 5.1 storage. On the display side, the new Nokia phone is equipped with a 5.45-inch and LCD with FWVGA+ resolution an 18:9 aspect ratio. In terms of cameras, C02 offers specifications just like its competitors in the entry-level market. While the Nokia C02 features a 5-megapixel rear camera on the back, it features a 2-megapixel selfie camera on the front. Also, the camera has support for Portrait mode, Time-Lapse, and Beautification.
Nokia claims, “Built to stand the test of time, Nokia C02 features better durability against accidental drops and a high-capacity removable battery. It comes with the up-to-date Android 12 (Go edition) for a faster, smarter experience with transparent privacy controls – and it gets 2 years of security updates. While the device has a 3,000mAh removable battery with 5W charging, it features Bluetooth 4.2, a 3.5 mm headphone jack, and a Micro USB connection. Nokia’s new phone will be available in Dark Cyan and Charcoal colors. However, there are no announcements about the pricing and availability of the Nokia C02.
