Nothing Phone (1), which made a splash in the smartphone world with its illuminated design, also entered the Turkish market in the past weeks. While the company continues to work on the second model of the series, it is also preparing a new update for the first model.
Nothing Phone (1) will receive the Nothing OS 2.0 update by the end of August
Nothing took its first steps towards Android 13 with the Nothing OS 1.5 beta version towards the end of 2022. The eagerly awaited Nothing OS 2.0 is now on the horizon. According to reliable sources, the new version will be introduced on July 11th, alongside the Nothing Phone (2). All Nothing Phone (1) devices will receive this update by the end of August.
Meanwhile, information continues to emerge about the Nothing Phone (2) expected to be unveiled in July. The design of the model, which will witness some advancements compared to its predecessor, has been leaked by OnLeaks and Smartprix. The company will maintain its signature illuminated transparent back panel design.
CEO Carl Pei confirmed that the Nothing Phone (2) will feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 processor. The anticipated Nothing phone will offer options of 8 GB and 12 GB of RAM. In terms of storage, it will come in options of 128 GB and 256 GB. The device will feature a 6.7-inch screen with Full HD Plus resolution. It should be noted that the device will use an AMOLED panel with a 120Hz screen refresh rate.
