The countdown has begun for the launch of the Nothing Phone (3), scheduled for July 1. Numerous reports about the upcoming smartphone have already surfaced, giving us a solid idea of what to expect. The latest developments reveal that the device has now entered performance testing.
Nothing Phone (3) Spotted on Geekbench
The Nothing Phone (3), identified by the model number A024, has appeared in the Geekbench database. The device scored 2,076 in single-core tests and 6,577 in multi-core tests. Additionally, some of its key features have been confirmed.
According to the Geekbench listing, the prototype is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset, which aligns closely with previous leaks. It’s also confirmed that the device will come with 16 GB of RAM and will run Android 15 right out of the box.
As you may recall, the Nothing Phone (2) featured a 4,700 mAh battery. The new model marks a significant upgrade in this area. Fast charging support is also being improved from 45W to 65W wired charging. Furthermore, there are rumors suggesting that wireless charging will also be available on the device.
Earlier leaks suggested that the smartphone will feature a 6.7-inch LTPO OLED display with 1.5K resolution. On the back, it is expected to sport a triple camera setup consisting of a 50 MP main sensor, a 50 MP 3x telephoto lens, and a 50 MP ultra-wide lens. A 50 MP front-facing camera is also rumored.
