The RTX 4000 series was on the agenda with a recent claim. A source said that the Nvidia GeForce RTX 4000 series could be officially launched mid-July. This, of course, was not true. The cards, which are currently expected to be introduced in the last three months of the year, are at the center of many leaks.
Nvidia RTX 4070 Ti vs RTX 3090 Ti
According to the latest leak, the Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 Ti may be as powerful as the RTX 3090 Ti on paper when it comes out. It sounds big and draws attention. According to one source, the card is built on 7680 CUDA cores, carries 12GB of GDDR6X 192-bit memory, and has a TDP of 400W.
Positioned on the very powerful RTX 3090, the RTX 3090 Ti is among the bosses in the market. The graphics card, which takes up three slots and needs very high power, carries full “21 Gbps” 24GB GDDR6X memory and brings 40 teraflops of GPU power. According to these data, the base price tag of $1,999 was announced for the graphics card, which is 11 percent more powerful/faster than the RTX 3090.
So how will the other members of the RTX 4000 family be?
According to reliable sources, the RTX 4070 model is built on 7168 CUDA cores, carries 10GB of 160-bit memory, and has a TDP of 300W. The RTX 4080 model is built on 10240 CUDA cores, has 16GB of 256-bit memory, and has a TDP of 420W. The RTX 4090 model is built on 16384 CUDA cores, carries 24GB of 384-bit memory, and has a TDP of 450W. Finally, The RTX 4090 Ti model, on the other hand, is built on 17920 CUDA cores, carries 24 GB of 384-bit memory, and has a TDP of 600W.
Take all of this with a great deal of skepticism, naturally – it is just a rumor and should be regarded cautiously as with any such chatter. Part of the reason for the extra power requirements for the 4070 Ti will be the supposed use of 12GB of GDDR6X instead of 10GB of GDDR6 for the base 4070; and doubtless driving those clock speeds very hard, too.
