NVIDIA AI GPU, Hopper and Blackwell generations will be supplied easily
At the beginning of 2023, acquiring NVIDIA AI accelerators was challenging in the market. However, with upcoming architectures like NVIDIA Blackwell AI GPU, suppliers will now have access to the GPU systems they are looking for. The report suggests that with each passing quarter, supply will greatly improve, and with the release of Blackwell, order backlogs are expected to nearly disappear.
Last year, order backlogs had risen to as high as 40%. However, these backlogs are now starting to drop to single digits as sales rates indicate that markets have largely overcome this issue. NVIDIA’s Blackwell AI GPU products could see significant success in the market.
Orders for the B200 AI GPU alone are expected to exceed one million units. AI servers will play a significant role in NVIDIA’s revenue stream as technology companies increasingly focus on large-scale AI systems. Experts anticipate strong sales momentum for the Blackwell GB200 series, expecting it to be NVIDIA’s most successful product.
