The top-end models, dubbed GN22-X11 and GN22-X9, are thought to correspond to the GeForce RTX 5090 and RTX 5080. Both models will have 16GB of GDDR7 memory. This means it will be faster than the 16GB and 12GB GDDR6 memory found in the RTX 4090 and RTX 4080.

Also on the list is the GN22-X (RTX 5080) with 12GB VRAM. The GN22-X6 and GN22-X4 seem to be targeting the RTX 5070 and 5060 with 8GB of memory, similar to the previous models. Finally, the GN22-X2 could launch as the RTX 5050 with 8GB VRAM.

The leak also revealed that popular graphics cards like the RTX 4050 will continue until 2025, without being replaced by Blackwell for now. The next-generation mobile lineup is expected to debut in the coming months.
