A few days ago, the One UI 6.1.1 update was released globally for the Galaxy S24 series. It is now being announced for the Galaxy Tab S9 series and the Galaxy S23 series. The update was first released in South Korea, the home country of the phones, and will be available in more markets in the coming days.

The update for the Galaxy Tab S9, with software version X91xNKOU4BXHB, has a file size of 2.2 GB. For the Galaxy S24 series, the update has a file size of around 3 GB, and it appears that some features might still be missing in the 2023 devices.

For the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 Ultra, the update, with software version S91xNKSU4CXH7, was also initially released in Korea. The September 2024 security update is included as well. The One UI 6.1.1 update for the Galaxy S23 FE has a file size of 2.34 GB and also includes the September 2024 security update.

One UI 6.1.1 aims to simplify usage with many AI features, particularly highlighting enhancements in the gallery, notes, and keyboard. To check if the update is available for your device, go to the Software Update section in the Settings app and click on Download and Install.
