This major update will breathe new life into your watch.
This isn’t just a simple security update. At approximately 1.95 GB, this major update fundamentally changes your watch’s capabilities and user experience. Here are the highlights:

How to Install One UI 8?
The stable One UI 8 Watch update, based on Wear OS 6, has been released for devices in the United States. The update is expected to arrive in other regions and Turkey in the coming days and weeks.
You can check for and install the update by following the steps below.
- Open the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone.
- Go to the Watch Settings menu.
- Tap the Watch software update option.
- Click Download and install to check for the update and initiate the download.
- Once the download is complete, you can tap “Install now” to initiate the installation. This process will take a few minutes, and your watch will restart.
This move by Samsung is crucial as it demonstrates the company’s support for its previous-generation devices. Furthermore, since beta testing has been completed for the standard Galaxy Watch 7, it is expected that this model will also receive the One UI 8 Watch update very soon.
