OnePlus V Fold features are becoming clear
The soon-to-be-unveiled OnePlus V Fold will feature synthetic leather on the back. The leaked images of OnePlus V Fold also reveal the triple rear camera system developed in collaboration with iconic brand Hasselblad. According to the leaked information, OnePlus will include the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 2 processor, known by the model code Qualcomm SM8475, in its new model. It is stated that OnePlus will use a triple speaker system for an impressive audio experience in its foldable model.
The book-style hinge mechanism seems to be inspired by OPPO Find N2 and the foldable Samsung Galaxy Z. The OnePlus V Fold model has antenna bands placed on the side frame, giving the phone a metallic structure.
The device, said to offer flagship performance, is estimated to come with 16 GB of RAM. It is stated that the device will be available with storage options of 256 GB and 512 GB.
On the display side, an AMOLED panel with a 2K resolution will be used. It should be noted that the OnePlus V Fold screen will support a 120Hz refresh rate.
The device, expected to be introduced with a triple camera setup, will feature a 50-megapixel IMX 890 main camera accompanied by an ultra-wide-angle camera and a periscope lens. As for the front-facing camera, it will have a 32-megapixel OV32C lens.
OnePlus V Fold will be introduced with a sturdy Li-Po 4800mAh battery with 100W SuperVOOC charging. According to the leaked information, the device will be unveiled at an event in New York on August 29th.
