OPPO’s upcoming Find X9 Ultra will bring significant upgrades compared to its predecessor. According to reliable source Digital Chat Station, the phone will feature a dual-cell battery with each cell rated at 3,425 mAh, totaling a nominal capacity of 6,850 mAh and a typical capacity around 7,000 mAh.
What will the OPPO Find X9 Ultra offer?
This marks a notable increase from the Find X8 Ultra’s 6,100 mAh battery released in April. Despite the larger battery, the device thickness is expected to remain similar, retaining 100W wired and 50W wireless charging speeds.
The Find X9 Ultra will sport a 6.82-inch OLED display with 2K+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 chipset and run ColorOS 16 based on Android 16. The phone will also feature IP68/IP69 certification for dust and water resistance.
Camera-wise, the new model is expected to include a 200MP main sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and dual periscope zoom lenses (200MP and 50MP) offering up to 10x optical zoom. This represents a major improvement over the Find X8 Ultra’s 50MP Sony LYT-900 main sensor, dual 50MP periscope telephoto lenses (3x and 6x), and 50MP ultra-wide lens.
OPPO plans to launch the Find X9 Ultra in the first quarter of 2026.
