The Reno 14F 5G comes with a 6.83-inch FHD+ AMOLED display offering a resolution of 2372×1080 pixels. The screen supports a 120Hz refresh rate and peaks at 1400 nits brightness. It also includes an in-display fingerprint scanner. The device is powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor, paired with LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage technology.
The smartphone is equipped with a 6000 mAh battery that supports 45W wired fast charging. On the software side, it runs ColorOS 15 based on Android 15, and it includes OPPO’s AI-powered features.
In the camera department, the device features a 50 MP Sony IMX882 main sensor with OIS, an 8 MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2 MP macro sensor. On the front, there’s a 32 MP selfie camera with autofocus support.
The Reno 14F 5G is also equipped with a 4290 mm² VC heat dissipation system. It offers dual SIM 5G support, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.1, and NFC connectivity.
