OPPO, continuing its efforts to increase its share in the smartphone market, is gearing up to make a critical addition to the A5 Pro it introduced in December. The Chinese brand has reportedly been working on the A5 (2025) model for some time now. So, what exactly will the new product offer?

The OPPO A5 (2025) has appeared in the TENAA database with the model number PKQ110. According to this, the smartphone will feature slim bezels and a circular camera setup similar to the Pro model. Additionally, it will measure 161.57 x 74.47 x 7.65 mm and weigh approximately 185 grams.
The device will greet us with an in-display fingerprint scanner. Moreover, it will come with a flat AMOLED panel. The screen is expected to be 6.7 inches in size, offering FHD+ resolution and supporting 10-bit color.

The model will feature a dual camera setup of 50 megapixels + 2 megapixels, with an 8-megapixel front camera. Out of the box, it will run on ColorOS 15/Android 15. Lastly, it will be powered by a 6,500 mAh battery capable of charging at 45W speeds.
