Philips has expanded its Evnia gaming monitor series with a new model. The new monitor called Evnia 25M2N5200U draws attention with its high refresh rate, ultra-low response time and wide connection options.

The monitor uses a fast 24.5-inch IPS panel. Offering a resolution of 1920×1080, the screen supports a refresh rate of up to 390Hz via DisplayPort 1.4 connection. The response time is stated as 1ms GtG, but this time can be reduced to 0.3ms with the Smart MBR (Motion Blur Reduction) mode.
Adaptive Sync support that prevents image tearing and low latency provide a smooth gaming experience. In terms of visual quality, the monitor comes with VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification. The screen, which reaches a brightness level of 400 nits, covers 110% sRGB color gamut.
Thanks to ΔE < 2 color accuracy, it offers professional use not only in games but also in content production. In addition, there are SmartContrast and Stark ShadowBoost technologies that increase contrast in dark scenes.
The monitor provides height adjustment, tilt, swivel and pivot support with its ergonomic stand. Features such as Flicker-Free, LowBlue and SmartUniformity for eye comfort are also supported.
Connection options include dual HDMI 2.0, one DisplayPort 1.4, one USB-B and four USB-A ports. One of the USB ports also offers fast charging. In addition, the device has a built-in 2W stereo speaker and a 3.5mm headphone output.
