Released in August, Baldur’s Gate 3 is breaking records in the gaming world. The demand for the role-playing game opens the door to the development of different modes. Most recently, an action RPG mod was released that gives BG3 a Witcher-style look. A mod that adds the ability to move with “WASD” has also been added to the game.
Action RPG mod released for Baldur’s Gate 3
Two new mods for Baldur’s Gate 3 transform the role-playing game into a third-person adventure reminiscent of Witcher 3. One mod, from two developers, unlocks the camera in BG3 and allows you to control the character from different angles.
Another mod allows you to control characters with the “WASD” key combination. With this mod, players can move with keyboard keys like in third-person RPGs. The mod maker said that new updates will add running and different walking effects.
These modes will make it possible to play Baldur’s Gate 3 in different ways. It even looks like the camera control will allow the role-playing game to compete with RPGs. However, it should be noted that they are made by third parties and may cause crashes in the game.
On the other hand, Steam recently announced the best sellers of the week. Although CS:GO ranked first, BG3 came in second place. Priced at $59,99, the game is available for PS5 and PC.
