However, this feature exists in Apple’s App Store for iPhones. According to recent reports, the Play Store will also soon introduce the same capability.
Recent reports have revealed that Google is testing the ability to download multiple apps simultaneously on the Play Store. This new feature was noticed in version 40.0.13 of the app store. According to the information, users will be able to download up to two apps simultaneously initially, but there are indications that this limit could be increased to five.
According to the source, updates will not be downloadable simultaneously like apps. Instead, updates initiated consecutively will be downloaded one by one, in sequence.
Currently in the testing phase, it’s unclear when this new feature will be rolled out to everyone. Predictions suggest it could be in the coming months. For now, it seems like there’s nothing to do but wait.
Additionally, according to a report from previous months, Google Play Store will also gain the feature of remotely uninstalling applications. It’s worth mentioning that currently, it’s possible to download apps from the same Google account on multiple devices.
