Apple has now begun selling Sony’s PlayStation VR2 (PSVR2) Sense Controllers through its official store. This development follows Apple’s announcement at its WWDC25 developer conference that it would support these controllers with the VisionOS 26 update. This move expands the platform’s gaming capabilities by providing a new hardware option for Apple Vision Pro users.

The highly anticipated controllers are currently listed on Apple’s online store in the US for $249.99. A charging stand is included in the package. Sales of the controllers at physical Apple Stores will begin on Monday, November 17th. Interestingly, the Apple Store is currently the only place where these controllers can be purchased separately from the PSVR2 headset.
Since the Apple Vision Pro was released last year, users have been demanding a physical controller for situations where hand tracking isn’t sufficient. This is particularly necessary for tasks and games that require high precision. PSVR2 Sense Controllers will significantly improve the experience in supported games like “Pickle Pro” and address this shortcoming.
According to Apple, developers will be able to leverage the advanced features offered by these controllers to create even more engaging gaming experiences for the Vision Pro. The controllers incorporate critical technologies such as high-performance 6-degrees-of-freedom (6DoF) motion tracking, finger touch detection, and vibration support.
In addition to the controllers, the box includes a charging stand, power cable, power adapter, and two USB adapters. The VisionOS 26 software update, which provides the necessary support for the controllers, is now available for download for Vision Pro users.
