PlayStation Plus free games for December revealed early

Ana sayfa / News

Sony isn’t waiting for the usual rollout to announce the next PlayStation Plus additions. Instead, it has pulled the curtain back a little early on the five free games dropping December 2, 2025. This refresh will replace the current trio of EA Sports WRC 24, Stray, and Totally Accurate Battle Simulator, all of which exit the catalog on December 1.

While several titles are cycling out, two major games are staying put. Red Dead Redemption and Grand Theft Auto V will remain available for PlayStation Plus members to add to their libraries. These two have been part of the catalog for months and continue to offer value for those joining late or holding off until now.

Physical copy of Fortnite sets a jaw-dropping record at auction

A sealed physical copy of Fortnite just sold for $42,500 more than triple the game’s previous high and set a historic auction record.

Sony has confirmed that five new games will be available for subscribers starting December 2. Three of them will launch exclusively for PlayStation 5 players, while two others support both PS4 and PS5 platforms. The selection includes some fresh releases and highly anticipated follow-ups.

Here’s the full list coming to PS Plus:

All five games will be available to players subscribed to Essential, Extra, or Premium tiers. That means no matter your subscription level, you’ll be able to claim the entire slate assuming you’re within the download window. Titles can be added to your library between December 2 and January 5.

Sony included one caveat: regional variations may impact the availability of these games. While the announced titles are expected in most locations, players should double-check the PlayStation Store in their country once the update goes live. Sony hasn’t shared specific details yet, but it plans to post more information on December 2.
