Xiaomi has released the POCO M7 Plus 5G, a model that has been buzzing with specs for a while. So, what do the brand’s new phone promise in terms of specifications and price?

The POCO M7 Plus measures 168.48 x 80.45 x 8.4mm and weighs 217 grams. It also boasts IP64 certification for dust and water resistance. The front of the device features a 6.9-inch FHD+ resolution LCD panel with up to 144Hz refresh rate and 850nits of peak brightness.
The device is powered by the Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 processor. Memory support includes up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 6GB of virtual RAM, while storage capacity is 128GB of UFS 2.2, expandable via microSD card. It also comes with a 7,000mAh battery, 33W fast charging, and 18W reverse charging support.
The phone runs HyperOS out of the box, based on Android 15. The company will provide the model with two major Android OS updates and four years of security updates.
The device features dual rear cameras, led by a 50-megapixel main camera, and an 8-megapixel front camera for selfies. Other features include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, a single speaker, a USB-C port, and an infrared transmitter.
The Poco M7 Plus 5G is available in two versions: the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage model costs $159, while the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage model costs $171.
